I have been looking for this track everywhere. All links that I have tried are dead. I tried downloading it on Limewire but to no avail. I only have the US soundtrack that doesn't include this track.
Anyone have it?

This piece of music is amazing. I'm surprised it was excluded from the US soundtrack. You do mean "Mulan's Decision" right?
