Ok, I can’t seem to find information about this character that I am sure was a Disney animated character. All I can remember about him was that he was a duck, kinda looked like Scrooge McDuck, wore glasses and sang a song about colors. Does this ring any bells??

Yes, <b>Kram Nebuer</b> I think that was the song, so it had to be Ludwig von Drake. I havent seen him in ages.

He's in the house of mouse series & mickey mouse works series too.

Sometimes he comes off as a sort of hero w/ his inventions & other times he comes off as a annoying know-it-all & drives mickey & the gang nuts. All & all u can tell he is a relative of donald duck!! But even at times- he even drives donald nuts.
