I know some Canadian DVDs have bilingual packaging, but the few Buena Vista titles I've gotten from Canadian e-tailers have not.

But I don't know about the UTB for certain.

I purchased my Toy Box from sam's club online: www.samsclub.com and paid less than 50.00 after tax and shipping. I checked the site and they still have them and they are for 43.93 (plus tax and shipping) if anyone has a sam's membership. hope this helps...
