Heh, I'm not much of a movie-goer unless I'm with friends or family. So if no one, then I'm waiting till it's on DVD.

I did for free on Wednesday and I'm definitely getting it on DVD. :)
It's good! (I say that because I like Nicole Kidman and I think Will Ferrel[sp?] is funny! ;))

Both Nichole Kidman and Will Ferrell are good actors. So I really want to see it. Time is just the problem. I've been really busy this summer and I have yet to see movies I want to see (Batman Begins, Herbie Fully Loaded, and now Bewitched). But I probably will try to see it with some friends because I get in free at the movies. :P

There was a time when I was very excited for this project. That's back when Jim Carrey was going to be playing Darren. I think Will Ferrel is hilarious in skits and cameos, but with the exception of Elf, he always gets ridiculously silly when he has 2 hours on screen. The previews indicate that this won't be any different, and I think he has the potential to ruin the movie. The rest of cast look great, though, so I'd still be interested in it if it wasn't for the fact that the premise was a turn-off as well. The whole show-within-a-movie thing doesn't look like it's going to work well... I know, that's judging before seeing, but with only the previews to go off of, I've decided to keep my money until rental time.

I want to see it but I still have yet to see Revenge of the Sith and Batman Begins plus I haven't been to the theatres since early 2004 so the outlook doesn't look good.

I hate going alone to the theatres. Anyone wanna go?

I've seen so many movies by myself. . . I know it's not as fun. :(

Probably not! I'm probably the only one but I don't find Will Ferrell very funny(except in Elf). I like Nicole Kidman but this is nothing amazing for her. Plus I was never a big fan of the show in the first place.

The only way I'll see it in theaters is if my Mom forces me to go.

I'll be seeing this tomorrow and am really looking forward to it. I actually think the show-within-a-movie premise is clever and more refreshing than a flat-out TV adaptation. Plus, it helps relieve inevitable comparisons between the film and show a bit. I have to agree, though, that Jim Carrey would've been much better choice as "Darrin"/Jack, but I think Will will manage just fine.

I think that Will Ferrell was an excellent choice. Jim Carrey or even Bill Pullman would have been pretty good choices to. I wasn't planning on seeing it, but the cast is really good and my mom is probably going to want to go, so I just might. Before any of you go just to see if it's good, I suggest that you read the critics reviews first.

I think it looks like a cute movie. But since my mom doesn't want to see it, and I have no friends, it looks like i'll have to wait till it's on dvd.

I'll probably see it next weekend. This weekend I'm going to see Star Wars (again) but this time with my dad who hasn't seen it. Aparantly, for anyone who cares, his favorite character is Nute Gunray (weird I know). But my mom wants to see Bewitched, so I'll probably see it with her sometime.

What's your count? I've only seen it once, but plan on watching it a lot when the DVD comes out!
