No insert Again???

I just got my copy of Tall Tale- yeah, it's fullscreen but what are you going to do??- and there isn't even a chapter index. The movie just came out on DVD! I thought Disney got over the no insert thing after the Rescuers incident. Does anyone know what's up with that this time?

I guess maybe their DMC Exclusives don't come with inserts?

My "Tall Tale" and "Geppeto" should be arriving tomorrow. I have 2 releases from the last wave of club exclusives and both of them came with inserts.

I got Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken (an exclusive) and it did NOT come with any inserts. It was just the DVD.

I just got both Geppeto and Tall Tale and neither had inserts, but I don't care that much. I figure since these DVD's are available to such a small audience, they don't make that much off them so any corners they can cut, they are going to do it. There isn't a chapter selection menu on the two newest titles. Just an option for subtitles. I haven't checked if they actually are chapter selected or not, but I hope they are.
