Play.com offers (now ongoing!)

Post by Wonderlicious »

I was on Play.com and discovered that the following DVDs have been reduced in price to £10.99 at the moment;

The Lion King
The Lion King 2
The Lion King 3
The Return of Jafar
Aladdin and the King of Thieves
The Tigger Movie
Sleeping Beauty*
The Fox and the Hound
Mulan

Aladdin has also been reduced to £11.99 and Toy Story is also going at £7.99.

*Not a full recommendation, as this is the pan and scan version, resulting in picture loss.

Well, did the ones you didn't list on your thread come with a lower tag price? Hu noz...

Plus, the prices and availability may vary from store to store. And not everyone can get to ASDA, too. :)

Well i only listed those i could remember from the top of my head, but then after seeing that list above i remembered.
I do know for a fact that Oliver & Company, The Black Cauldron and Atlantis wernt there.

But yeh your right....not everyone can get to Asda. Also im wondering what to do about Dinosaur, do i get the normal 1 disc edition for £9.87 or the collectors edition for £17.99 :? I've never seen it before...

In case anyone is interested...the UK Walt Disney Treasures DVD of Silly Symphonies is now at a pimpin' £6.99. Along with the well priced The Rescuers Down Under, it's out of stock, but you can still put it in the tray for when it comes in stock again. :)

WOW! :o

I have the R1 silly Symphonies, but I may get this again at that price!

Espescially since the UK has the original animation in 3 little pigs, whereas the US was the reanimated version!
