I think there should be a thread that gives the rules. I think we need it so that newbies like me can read it and know what types of things we can or cannot do without admin telling us.

No. I am not referring to that. I mean rules like, behave properly, bumping older threads is allowed, no SPAM is allowed, no flaming, that sort of things.
