I rented Tron today and have to admit that I thought it was amazing. I also rented Cinderella 2 and will watch that too. Before anyone slams me for renting a cheapquel, don't. I must admit that I am curious about these sequels, frankly. I have only seen a few and must admit that they were generally dull. However, the controversy of Cinderella 2 makes me want to see it...

Brother Bear I actually enjoyed it. I really liked Koda and the moose.

Hmmm I haven't been posting what movies I have seen for a while so here's the last three I can remember...
The Reluctant Dragon - Still as entertaining as ever.
Beauty & the Beast - My mind was on other things when I watched it but it was nice seeing it again. It's been a while.
Pooh's Heffalump Movie - It was the first time I saw it and I greatly enjoyed it but I'm a Pooh fan. It did seem kind of short but I couldn't see it any longer. It's Pooh for the youngest Pooh fans mainly.
After that it gets cloudy. I posted here I saw Bambi but just before that I saw Pinocchio so I'll leave it at the last three.

Mickey, Donald and Goofy: The Tree Musketers: A pleasant and well-made little film. I'm not too fond of Donald's change of character or Mickey's slight re-design, but overall it's a nice film. I really like the watercolor backgrounds and how it resembles the classic Disney cartoons.
Mary Poppins: Practically perfect in every way! And it's always nice watching all the bonus features and listening to the audio commentary after watching the film.
The Fox and the Hound: It's a kind of nostalgic film to me, even though it's not one of my favorites. The sugary-sweet scenes are the weakest parts of the movie, but there are some nice stand out darker sequences that are quite nice. And of course, there is that great bear action scene storyboarded and animated by Glen Keane. Is it just me or is there anybody else that is annoyed by Big Mama's songs? Sometimes I wished Amos Slade shot her.
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: The best thing to come out of Disney in the 70s. A charming little flick and still the best Pooh film to come out of the studio after all this years.

Cinderella. I'm preparing for the latest PEs, so that I can make sure that I like the movies enough to buy them. While there were some things about this movie that I didn't like, I think I will purchase it. Right now I'm watching Lady and the Tramp which is much better than Cinderella. I hope the special features are good for the March 2006 PE!
