Now if only Aladdin would get a box set like that, too...but something in me doubts it. Still, I really love Lion King and will be very thrilled with that box.

I can't see why it wouldn't! I'm hoping they all get released like this (the 'Platinum' that is) from now on. I guess it would depend on the sales of this one - if they are good, then we might see more groovy box sets. I've had this one on order since day one, and now it is only a few weeks off! Hurrah!Jake Lipson wrote: Now if only Aladdin would get a box set like that, too...but something in me doubts it. Still, I really love Lion King and will be very thrilled with that box.
Thanks for that, Luke. It looks even more groovy at that size. I'm glad I'm saving my pennies on other things (by not ordering a 2nd copy of Sleeping Beauty for example) so I can splurge on this..

I'm betting that you'll cave in...I'm very, very tempted, but I think I'm going to pass. I'd rather have the Two Towers box set since it has a Gollum statue in it. But for all I know, the moment I walk in the store I might just cave and buy it.
luckily for me.... i already preorderd it, so i dont have that problem!

Ahhh.... I see you took my advice..Satoshi wrote:I'm very VERY tempted to get this and I have a feeling that when I walk into the store on October 7th I'll cave in and buy it. Because of that though I may just bring enough money for the DVD and not the giftset to keep myself from buying it.
