Oh my! This really is getting steamy! If the Rosie thread won't count for the next UD Forum awards as the most controversial topic of the year (even though most replies were written in the past two weeks or so, it did hark back to February 2004), this is going to be the winner of that infamous award.

I have that on DVD. . . I heard somewhere that it was reclassified with an R rating before the X rating was removed.orestes. wrote:I've seen a movie that used to be considered rated X...
'Fritz the Cat'
But it's only rated R now since the X rating no longer exists in the US.
And think about it. . . does it really seem like it should have had an X rating? The only reason it was given that rating was the fact that it was animated and they were still in the seventies.
I'm a pretty big fan of R. Crumb, by the way. Has anyone seen the documentary on his life? It's one of the most interesting films I've ever seen, and to keep on-topic with this thread, it also happens to be rated R.

I guess I've drawn my share of "oh my" pics in the past, but I don't plan on displaying them anytime soon.

Actually, I've made a number of comments on this topic already one of which I recall was: "let's just drop it." Apparently, everyone's been reading everything I wrote except that because there's almost two-and-a-half pages written so far on porn.
Well, I'm glad you asked for the males (and not the females) to come up and feel bad about not seeing a X-rated film, because I haven't and I can give you a good list of other females who haven't.Isidour wrote:really, who male teenager haven´t watch a xxx movie or had a xxx magazine?
Has Fidget commented on this yet? Because, no offense, I really don't know if she should since she's getting married in like two weeks.

I don't really think he was asking any of the males to feel bad about not seeing any x-rated material, but in this society it's more of an accepted fact that a lot of men do have and enjoy porn, while it's sorta weird or "wrong" for a woman to.chaychay102royal wrote:Well, I'm glad you asked for the males (and not the females) to come up and feel bad about not seeing a X-rated film, because I haven't and I can give you a good list of other females who haven't.Isidour wrote:really, who male teenager haven´t watch a xxx movie or had a xxx magazine?
To be honest, I can't come up with any kind of list of people I know that hasn't looked into porn at some time in their lives, whether they be male or female. Maybe it's because I'm a little older? Or maybe it's because I've hung out with the "wrong crowd" my whole life?
Of course, everyone's gonna have an opinion of what's right or wrong about it, and it can be a very sensitive issue. Like most other things, I think it's fine as long as some perspective is kept on on it. For example, by best friend's significant other used to have an unhealthy obsession with porn, preferring it to the real thing. It obviously caused a lot of trouble in their relationship.
And of all people, I should probably be the one to totally hate porn, but I don't. Why? I'm at peace with my past and who I am. I think a lot of problems in our society would be resolved if people felt less shameful about anything and everything related to sex, but that's just me.
But 9 months and 1 day ago you said, and I quote:Starion wrote:Are you asking which male teenager hasn't watched an XXX rated movie or magazine?Isidour wrote:really, who male teenager haven´t watch a xxx movie or had a xxx magazine?
Me!
Starion wrote:I would rent Showgirls and Striptease, but I don't think my parents would let me. Hehe. I'm just curious to see what the films are about. I downloaded some grainy movies, but I didn't like them. I guess I'm not really into this kind of stuff. I found one movie of someone dancing. The dancing was interesting to say the least.

Maybe Starion's just talking about not ever seeing any "official" releases!Luke wrote:But 9 months and 1 day ago you said, and I quote:Starion wrote: Are you asking which male teenager hasn't watched an XXX rated movie or magazine?

At any rate, I'd advise staying away from Showgirls like the plague. Well, unless laughing at really bad movies happens to be your thing.

Where IS Loomis when we need him (and everybody else, for that matter)? He could probably lighten up the recent dramatics of Off-Topic. Or add to it. Either way, we want Loomis back!Mr. Toad wrote:Yes Luke would probably prefer I didnt answer that. This is going the way of the Rosie thread quickly.

Tell me about it. I think some people are campaigning for that one.Wonderlicious wrote:Oh my! This really is getting steamy! I really don´t know any of their names
by the way,is not that bad to see a porno, what I mean and before being critiziced,IMO if you see it just for curiosity OK,some day or another this curiosity would go up to the surface and blow, now you just have to have self-control.
If you watch one and another and it becomes something that you do every weekend or daily, hold your horses! is becoming an obcesion.
Sex is not bad or unnatural, but what turns it evil is the lust as principal reactor of sex instead of love, and make it just a simple act of "chaka chaka" destroying the main significance of it, the union between two differents to create an unique being, soul and human
