I tought that Halloween was for scary costumes. Here in Norway we are not celebrating that so I am not that familiar with it.
If I were to dress up as a scary Disney vilan I would go for the worst of them all: Eisner
But I would stay away from kids and those with a weak heart.

"You hate to repeat yourself. I don't like to make sequels to my pictures. I like to take a new thing and develop something, a new concept." - Walt Disney
Halloween in the USA is a mix of scary and being what you most desire. Many costumes I've done have been characters, people, or animals, I like. I allow my costume to reflect my personality. That's why kid costumes so often are their favorite super heros, along with super villians.
What Halloween is today in the USA is very far from what the original concept of All Hallow's Eve was.

As a four-month-old baby, I was Mickey Mouse (though it was nothing more than me bundled up and wearing Jane's mouse ears).
When I was three, I was the "proper" mickey mouse, with the red shorts and all.
In third grade I was Aladdin, in one of those cheap Wal-Mart costumes that I'd later use for pajamas.
I think that was it for Disney.
1985: Mickey Mouse
1986: ???
1987: ???
1988: Mickey Mouse
1989: Transformer
1990: Cookie Monster
1991: Superman
1992: Cowboy
1993: Aladdin
1994: ???
1995: Ninja (though I hate to admit it, it was really a Ninja Power Ranger
)
1996: Gnome
1997: Phantom of the Opera
1998: Robin from Batman and Robin
1999: Colonial Person
2000: ???
2001: Rick Blaine from Casablanca
2002: Rick Blaine again
2003: my last year, I think I was Indiana Jones

When I was about 5, or so, my babysitter hand-made a Little Mermaid costume for her daughter and I.
When I was 10, when Aladdin first came out, my class did a dance routine for our school's talent show. We danced to "Friend Like Me" and had our principle dress up as the genie (panted in blue and all!). The guys dressed up as Aladdin and us girls wore the Jasmine pajamas. It's not from Halloween, but... we dressed up as the characters.. haha.

(Sorry to bore you in advance) Sure I've been the generic baby bunny (costume recylced from Jane McCoy), baby clown, Big Bird (when Escapay was Cookie Monster), Bam-bam from the Flintstones (my neighbor said I looked like a chicken), Barney, Wolverine, Power Rangers Ninja, Robin Hood (not the Disney fox...nuts I should've added ears and a tail), another Ninja, another ninja, Phantom of the Opera, George Washington, a minuteman, Mr. Rogers (a hit with my fellow sopomores despite my Asian traits), a mad scientist...
Being the Disney fan that I am, I am surprised that I was never a Disney character until last Halloween! Last year, my senior year and last time to have fun with my friends and fellow classmates (lol the freshman were "too cool" to dress up at school), I pondered for weeks and weeks of who/what to be. Finally the last weekend (and few hours) before Halloween, my Mom helped me make a Dale costume of Chip 'n' Dale. I was pleased with the results and I do have a picture if I can find it and scan it. Sadly though, most of my "old school Disney Afternoon" classmates didn't recognize who I was. The most funny suggestion was "reindeer on vacation."[/b]

Never been a Disney character, at least not for Halloween. TurdBizzler and I were Mario & Luigi my freshman year and we were Oompa Loompas last year.
