Name that film! About saving/moving horses!

Post by em »

hi everyone,

i was wondering if someone would be kind enough to try and help identify this film.

Luke was kind enough to point me in this direction.

it's been a time since i watched it and i can only remember pieces.

I saw it on BBC2 a few years ago and i only
remember bits of it, i think it was made in the 60s/70s.

It was about a stables in the middle of New york
(or a big city) and the horses had to be moved because the
land was sold or something. the bit i remember the most was
when 2 boys took a white pony up in the elevator in
an attempt to save it from being moved.

the guy who owned the stables was a white haired
guy who looked like the dude on escape to
witchmountain-you know the one who drove the
winnebago.

but at the end the horses were moved to a place
where there were fields everywhere, and a voice over at
the end said what happened to everyone.

if someone could help i'd be so grateful, i've been trying to find out what it is for ages!

thanks

Em

If You Think The Guy Is From The Movie "Witch Mountain", Go To www.imdb.com & Search The Guy's Name, Then Look Through His Movie List & Try & Find the Title of the Movie that you Are Looking For.
