Nice! Armageddon is one of only 4 Criterions I have and it was a "must-purchase" in my first Columbia House account, simply because they had it and you could enroll with it. Its SRP was $50 then. :o

Sounds like you did quite alright, Bill!

Thanks Luke. I think it was a pretty good deal myself. I think this'll be my 3rd Criterion (others are The Rock & Royal Tenenbaums).
WOW, you got it as an enrollment. That ain't too shabby either.

Good job on getting all that!!!!! I turned in my test drive and they did exactly what I said: don't send me anything!! now I wish they would have screwed up so I could get a deal like that!!!

I'm awaiting my Donald Pin. I should get it this weekend, although I am out of town this weekend.

O+ I hadn't given blood until Desert Shield (the buildup before Desert Storm, the first Gulf War). My brother had enlisted & the whole family went down & gave blood as a show of support. I've been giving every 56 days ever since. I would've donated a lot more but up until then my doctor wouldn't give me medical clearance to (I was paralyzed in an auto accident 3-27-1980). Eventually my doctor decided to give me permission.

I was going to ask this same question, Poco. I think they said it could be up to six weeks, so I guess I am still - barely - in that window.

I called the other day to ask because I was moving. THey said the pins are coming from somewhere else and they would send them out. Apparently it is another company. They still have my old address so my parents are going to get the pin before I do. Sad. they said it would take some more time because apparently so many people wanted them. I better get mine or they are going to have to give me a free DVD or i am going to yell.

No Pin #2 here either. Same story as everybody else. When my Armageddon shipped (the 1st of August) invoice said Pin will ship separately and I should RECEIVE it in 2-4 weeks. I called DMC and was told that it came from some other fulfillment house and to give it another week or two (It's been 6 weeks already).

7 weeks and still no Donald pin. The DMC people have no clue when they'll arrive. I guess they don't have good communication with their Chinese sweatshops (where the pins are made).

HAS anyone received their Donald pin?

I called DMC again and found they had to back order them and they will ship them out in installments. Depends on when you ordered it determines when it is going to be mailed out. THey said mine would be in two weeks....yeah right.

anyway, Minnie Mouse pin is out so all of you who want it need to hurry up and order or we may never see her.

Last time I called it was still no progress on the Donald pin (about 10 days ago). How did you find out about the Minnie pin & what do you need to do to get it?

I found out that Minnie is out now because there was a flyer in my new calatog mailing. I left it at home, otherwise I would pass along the code, I think it is VP47 or VP48 but don't quote me on that...i have to verify.

IN order to get Minnie, one must purchase one DVD at regular club price, add the code and it should ship out.

I received my Donald Pin yesterday from the DMC!!!!!! It seems like they shipped it out right after I called them, so for those that are still waiting, call them up and ask where it is. That might get the ball rolling!

I called on the 7th to ask about it and I was told that they did run out of them, but that they were waiting for another shipment to be sent out - from another warehouse as stated way back in this thread. Hopefully, all of us that didn't get one yet will receive one soon.
Unfortunately, I got my Club mailing (with the Minnie offer) two days after I called because I ordered a DVD but now I will need to order another one to get the Minnie pin! Unless anyone wants to buy my 'Walt: The Man Behind the Myth'....still sealed...

Nearly had heart failure when my Donald pin arrived Saturday. It's nice and now I can't wait to complete the set. BTW last time I called & talked to DMC they said the Minnie pin is already backordered. NO kidding.

HOw could it be backordered already?????????

if these are for VIP members then they sure have a lot of people getting them for them to run out already.

well, I better get mine soon. I ordered the Fantasia Box Set from the DMC (i could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere, but I wanted the pin so I said better not shell out another 19.99 later just to get the pin) so MInnie better come 2 weeks later
