This is hard. I find The Incredibles to be both a better film and a better DVD, but Bambi is far more limited in quantity and will disappear in a few months. I say that if you fully intend on buying Bambi before the year is up, then go ahead and pick up The Incredibles now.

Both are excellent films, both are excellent DVDs. Like Disneykid says, Bambi will be discontinued first, whereas The Incredibles will be undergoing temporary price reduction this fall. Proceed accordingly.

With that said, you should get The Incredibles then. :p
Over here in my area, they were selling TI at $13.88. :o (But it's only a weekly thing, now it's National Treasure, the next Disney movie, priced at $14.99.)

I do think that Bambi should be bought first because as Disneykid says, it will be discontinued first.

(Oh, and Alan, if you're wondering about slipcovers...I don't think TI has any of their slipcovers removed..yet. ;))

Well Alan you could buy both just do a price match at Best Buy or Wal-Mart. If you can't do that then just go for The Incredibles.

That's a tough one as I have both and bought them within a month of each other. Like Luke said Bambi will be discontinued first so maybe get Bambi and get The Incredibles later.

Bambi is a great DVD, and as it had been posted before, it will be discontinued before The Incredibles.
Also,Te Incredibles will be cheaper after a while

The Increibles sucks (REALLY SUCKS big time), it bites; get both the better film and DVD Bambi. As people said before, it'll go out of print sooner or later and is a Platinum Edition. If you really liked The Incredibles, you'll have two years to buy it. My vote, then again, goes to Bambi.

P.S{Sorry for my nasty reaction for the movie but I'm its #1 hater}

Yes, but Bambi won't be around forever either. Bambi will soon go back into the vault and then you will pay more money to get it.

First get Bambi because of the OOP. Then Get the Incredibles! Overall both are excellent movies and a excellent DVD(I didn't think Incredibles DVD was flawless).

Bambi!

Sure The Incredibles won't have a slipcover forever so what you should do is buy Bambi now, order up a cover for the Incredibles from Disney's customer service and then buy the movie later on.

:)

That's what my friend did with a few slipcovers.

For over a year I have been too nervous to phone up for some. I'm really shy and can't stand calling people or answering phones but I told my friend about the number and she was able to immediatly phone. I was so jealous. (that's my little pointless story for the night!)

funny, i'm like that too. I'm getting a little better at it though. Before, i could hardly make a dentist appointment for myself. At work, I hated when my boss would tell me to make phone calls and we'd be in the same office so i'd feel super self-conscious too...
It's up to you and me, to face our destiny. The jury's here so let's take the stand.

Well if you do plan on buying both then get Bambi then The Incredibles.
