I got 3 at one time, but I didn't ask for more than that.

I just called customer service and asked for sleeping beauty slipcover and she says "there was a limited number of sleeping beauty DVDs" and she told me they didn't have any. I'm pissed! Should I call again. Since all you people got slipcovers, and I don't want to come away empty handed.

You are not coming away empty handed - you have a wonderfully restored movie and great bonus features. Your slipcover is just taking up space on your shelf and getting worn.

Yah. I just called again and they told me its for replacement purposes, not if your "DVd did not come with one" Do you think if they will notice if I call three times a day, and how many people are working answering calls on the disney customer assistance line anyways?

Don't tell them yours didn't have a slipcover. Tell them it was damaged.

I take it DCS has been overwhelmed by calls about slipcovers. :headshake:

Alan, you don't need to keep calling every day to acquire one. Patience is a virtue and is rewarding. :)

In the nicest way possible, I'd say "no" that that question you asked.
If you keep calling them with questions and all that, you would start annoying them. Just let it go for today and try another day.

Yes, I also remember the first time I called, they asked for my age. But that didn't matter since I'm over 18.

Actually..it's RJKD23 and the answer was added to my post before yours.
I'm considered by Disney to be an "adult."

They didn't ask my age... I'm an adult but still, must have been your voice... who knows.

I already called them today and told them my name and I'm 15. You think I should just say I'm 18 and call them tomorrow even though I told them I'm not and I called them the day bfore. Thats okay, I can just change my voice

but how many people are actually picking the phone calls. Since I called twice, and I got this woman called "Bonny", so how many people actually work there and work for the disney home entertainment place and answer phones?

I think you're becoming paranoid about the Disney Customer Service! :o
(only kidding..take that as a joke, please. :))

This is DISNEY we are speaking of; I'm sure they have many, many people working their phones.

Alan. That name is common. So don't be thinking they'll remember you as "Alan the 15 year old who kept calling us yesterday!" ;)

The only thing you'll have to remember is that these people DON'T know you so there's really nothing to worry about.
And if you wish, you can change your voice then, Alan. or should I write..."Allen who just turned 18 today."
