Yep no inserts or anything whatsoever. Disney is going through a cheap period!

Could be that it's not a "period" at all... We haven't been getting inserts for about 2 years already now here in Belgium (and the Netherlands) because of cost-cutting. Have you been getting cheaper 2-disc cases with no Disney DVD logo on it anymore?

I mean that that is the 2nd step in getting cheap. The logo is still in the single cases though. Only the 2-disc cases are cheaper and don't have the logo.

Did it have audio commentary? I thinking about buying it if it has commentary...

It now seems as though new copies of old discs which had an insert are losing inserts now; I just recieved a copy of Oliver and Company from Play.com, which I assume did have an insert at one point in time (if films like The Rescuers released around the same time did, I'm sure Oliver did). Yet when I opened the box, I saw no insert, which is even more shocking considering I bought a recent edition of The Rescuers (having the new film strip hologram as opposed to the shiny circle), finding an insert within this.

What's even stranger is that Disney seems to have changed the layout of their DVD case a bit. The clips where the insert goes under have become shorter and fatter, and the actual centre where the disc is held is slightly different. The Amaray logo has gone, and there's letters reading "Press Centre Button to Release" instead. If I get the time, I'll post pictures.

wow thats really disapointing  disney dvds have always been quite expensive the least they can do is keep their customers happy with a lil bit of paper in each dvd...
