They finally got it all straightened out and shipped my DVD's!

I thought it wasn't going to happen, so my mum signed up under her name, same DVD's... so now what do I do? Can I keep her account you think and exchange them for something else?

I contacted them and they said you can only have 1 membership per address, so my mom's will be denied.
