I like animation and comedy(and sometmes both)....I also tend to watch Fox alot...
Currently running(as in still producing new episodes,or have episodes that haven't aired yet)....
South Park(Comedy Central)
Inuyasha(Cartoon Network's Adult Swim;new episodes start May 28!!!)
The Simpsons(Fox)
Family Guy(Fox and CN's Adult Swim)
Malcolm in the Middle(Fox)
King of the Hill(Fox and FX)
That 70's Show(Fox)
Saturday Night Live(NBC;I don't watch it all that often anymore....last one I saw was the one with Green Day as the musical guest)
Series that have ended/were cancelled....
Futurama(CN's Adult Swim)
Gargoyles(Toon Disney)
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air(Nick at Nite....I think)
X-Men Evolution(used to be on Cartoon Network or WB....I don't think it's on the air anymore)
The Drew Carey Show(I think Fox still shows the re-runs)
Golden Girls(Lifetime)

"It's the apocalypse all right....I always thought I'd have a hand in it..." -Professor Farnsworth(Futurama)
Doctor Who - It's everything a tv show should be. Funny, thrilling, inspirational, witty and escapist. Its also tongue-in-cheek for us older viewers, but totally "real" for children. It's captivating watching the new series with my daughter watching all wide-eyed and engrossed in the action. A also like "Classic" Who very much too.
The League of Gentlemen - Ah. The comedy of horror. Inspired by such films as "The Wicker Man", "Don't Look Now" and "Frankenstein" and other media such as Stephen King novels and Tales from the Crypt comics, the League of Gentlemen have created a dark and twisted world - the centre of which is the little town of Roysten Vasey. At the last count, there were over 80 characters in the show, all played by the same 3 actors.
Spaced - Written by Simon "Shaun of the Dead" Pegg and Jessica Stevenson, and directed by Edgar "Shaun of the Dead" Wright, Spaced is a flat-share sit-com centered around two late 20-something slackers who are obsessed with pop-culture. The film and tv references are so quick and deft, its almost like a live-action Simpsons at some points. Sadly, there will not be a 3rd series made.
Xena/Hercules - Say what you like about the production of the shows, but at least they constantly tried to do something different and refused to get stuck in a rut. Xena could effortlessly switch from screwball physical comedy to emotional drama. I love the first musical Xena episode "The Bitter Suite", but Hercules has one of the best hours of TV ever made under its belt; the in-joke filled "Yes Virginia, There is a Hercules"
Buffy/Angel - While obviously superior, especially Angel during it's mid-run, I rate Buffy and Angel lower than Xena and Hercules as the shows weren't as experimental. Buffy and Angel are, ironically, the closest anyone has got to putting a comicbook on screen - even though they weren't comics! Take that Warner Bros and all your DC Comics adaptations!
Have I Got News For You? - A bit of a mixed bag. It depends upon the panelists and it's even more flakey now that each week has a guest presenter. However, when it is good it is fantastic. Paul Merton takes is on surreal flights of fancy and Ian Hislop mixes comedy with social commentary. This weeks post Election show should be good.
Vic Reeves Big Night Out et al - We need another Vic Reeves comedy sketch show. Forget Shooting Stars and Catterick Vic! Give us what you're best at!
The Avengers - Oddly, I prefer Tara King to Emma Peel (I've yet to meet anyone who agrees with me. Or in fact, anybody who doesn't think Tara was awful). Wonderful spoof spy series full of swinging 60's atmosphere and clever dialogue. The earlier "serious" years are rubbish though.
Scooby Doo/What's New Scooby Doo? - If you only take the first and last series into account and ignore the off-formula trash in the middle, Scooby Doo remains one of the best, if not the best animated series formulas ever created.

Well, what can you say? Some people don't like it simply for the reason that they made so many series which quite frankly is stupid! Classic episodes with superb scripts!
Will and Grace
I just love Karen and Jack! Americans take note, watch it so they don't cancel it!
Absolutely Fabulous
Well the title says it all really! Jennifer Saunders = chameleon!
French and Saunders
Ridiculously underrated! these two are gems that the British public always seem to overlook! Knight them your madge please! And also Jennifer Saunders should be the new Doctor Who!
The Simpsons
What can you say, genius!
Futurama
See above!
Other faves of mine that I can't be bothered to type my opinions of
:
'Allo 'Allo (It's just MAD!)
Keeping Up Appearances Patricia Routledge needs knighting as well!
Buffy The Vampire Slayer
Gimme Gimme Gimme
Let Them Eat Cake (How could people not like this?)

I have a new favorite TV show every week! This list is edited, there are probably too many that I forgot...
Newest Interest: Judging Amy
Previous Newest: Desperate Housewives (it's okay, I watch it because all my female role models do and I don't want to look immature-really bad reason, I know...*sigh*)
Older Shows: All in the Family, Gilligan's Island, Bewitched, I Dream of Jeannie, I Love Lucy (one of my favorites of all time), Leave it to Beaver and The Brady Bunch is okay.
WB Shows: 7th Heaven and, hopefully by Tuesday, Gilmore Girls (almost watched it this week but the Dr. Phil was too interesting)
Reality Shows: The Amazing Race, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Survivor, Supernanny and I used to like Nanny 911.
I probably left out like a zillion shows...
