Yes they do have a round yellow thing as you said with written "VF incluses" on them. That's true for the canadian releases for every Disney title except the Treasures. That's really weird you don't get these ichabod! Maybe you"re buying the DVDs from a US retailer in Canada,...  

 But as far as I know, every canadian website will see the Disney DVd with that sticker.
It's either that or the bilingual cover, which means that on the cover it's writte, both in english an in French. The bilingual covers can only be found on French Canadian websites.

 ), I always buy my R1 Disney DVDs throught amazon.com even if it's a little mroe expensive that the very great prices of DVDsoon.
Otherwise, for other studios like Warner Bros., there's no such things as these cover differences. It's the same for the US and Canada, except for the presence of a little canadian flag at the bottom of the backcover but that's really nothing.
