I am getting Aladdin 2 & 3 in the mail they are automatically sending me.

Would I be able to send them back & get something I do not yet have?

Just write REFUSED- RETURN TO SENDER on the box with Sharpie and send it back. They'll refund your money.

It's happened to me before and taking the route Dave describes worked quick and painlessly. Their online system doesn't seem failproof. Just make sure you remember to decline the monthly selections you don't want.

How do you decline the monthly selections? Do they send you an email?

You go on to the site and in the top left there is a "featured title" and you click on it and go in and decline it.

Just so you don't freak out- after you do this, every time you log on (until there is a new featured movie) it will say "thank you for making your featured selection" no matter if you declined it or said yes.

I you can also call to decline it.
