Psssh, if you're gonna pay $6.95, you might as well as for a WHOLE replacement for a better disc, cover, and everything! ;) :lol:

A question.......Do I go to Technical Support?? or just ask to speak to a representative??

so let's see...that'd be a replacement BatB DVD/Slipcover and a new "Incredibles" DVD cover.......Should I ask for them ALL at Once??

Here:

1.) Call 1-800-34763
2.) Press "6" for "other"
3.) Press "0" to reach someone.

so yes, just speak to a representative. :D

If you can type a lot on the forum, then you can most definitely talk to a stranger of Disney. ;)

I'm pretty sure you can request it all at once (provided they do have what you are looking for..) :)

Ok.......so i got the same lady that i got the first time I ever called DCS....and when she heard my voice she didn't sound so happy........
So then blah.blah.blah
I tell her the techinical stuff and she tells me that she'll put me through to the techinal person......then I re-ask if I could get the BatB slipcover and she asks if it came with one I said No and she said well we can't replace it...
Please hold..........
The tech. dude (I forgot to ask for his NAME! :shock:) then gets all my info........blah blah blah....gonna send me something to get more info......I think he said something about replacing it............and there..........
