Am now watching "Roy Orbison Live in Australia" and it is a really good concert from his world tour in 1972.

Just watched two good old movies: "The Monster Squad" and "Brain Smasher", the latter one with Andrew Dice Clay and Teri Hatcher. Both are classic, vintage 70s movies and are two of my most favorite 'guilty pleasures'.

Ewoks and the Haunted Village, which wasn't so much a movie as four episodes of the TV series spliced together to form a "feature length adventure".
I also watched about 8 Simpsons episodes, but they don't really count.

Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope
Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit
I'd already watched both of these within the last month, but had to see them again. Besides, both were with people who had never seen them before (as hard as that is to believe)- and I love introducing people to movies I like- and Sister Act 2 fulfilled part of a requirement for a class. Star Wars fulfills the self-imposed requirement of Star Wars mania leading up to Episode III.

Bedazzled: Very funny movie. I really enjoy this movie, although many do not. The scenarios Elliot gets himself into are absolutely hillarious, the best being the sensitive guy being the most hillarious. Anyways, the DVD is of a very good quality in terms of video/audio quality, and I'm not sure about extras because I haven't watched them yet.
Movie: 4 out of 5
Audio (Stereo, as heard through wireless headphones): 4 out of 5
Video: 4 out of 5
Looney Tunes: The Golden Collection: I made it through 1 and a half discs of this set, and I must say that it is very funny so far. I also recognized 90% of the shorts I've seen so far (It also helps that I used to watch the Bugs Bunny and Tweety show every saturday morning). Fabulous collection, although the shorts aren't quite up to par with Disney (although I don't think anything could be up to par with the great Disney shorts!)
Movie: 4.5 out of 5
Audio: 3 out of 5 (Although it is very clear, it's mono, which lowers the score a little because I think they could have fudged stereo out of it and widened the audio field a little)
Video: 4.5 out of 5 (On par with the Treasures releases, this is the best these 40-70 year old shorts are ever going to look. Great work Warner!)
