Discussion: Which of these films do you want most? 1980s

Post by ichabod »

Well here is the next decade, The 80s!
Again which of these unreleased live action films would you like to see the most? Also I decided to go with the DVDs not available in the US now, even though some have been available in the past or in different countries.

Well there are only a few options left for the 80s, so I've also added the DVDs that have not yet been released by Disney, but have been available on DVD!

So which do you most want and why?
Feel free to give your opinions on the films if you've seen them!

If you want more information about the films, you can look at IMDB and Amazon, for reviews of previous VHS releases.

I've seen The Devil and Max Devlin and enjoyed it. Look forward to its Disney DVD debut and that's what I voted for. Condorman sounds interesting and from the high prices the Anchor Bay DVD fetches, appears to be a bit of a crowd-pleaser. <i>Running Brave</i> doesn't sound much like a Disney movie, but it sounds intriguing. <i>Benji the Hunted</i>'s DMC exclusive, pan-and-scan DVD is a real turn-off. <i>Amy</i> has the great Jenny Agutter in it, the same year she treated that werewolf in the hospital, so it's got that going for it.

Fairly slim pickings from the theatrically-released sect. I think the made-for-TV Disney movies from this decade are a lot richer in what they offer, but also a lot less likely to see the light of DVD soon.

The only movie on the list I have seen is Benji, The Hunted. However, I voted for
The Devil and Max Devlin. I am very interested in seeing that movie.

Well I went for Condorman, as there does seem to bit a bit of a buzz surrounding it. Amy, Trenchcoat and Running Brave just don't sound too interesting at all to me! I would also like to see Benji, the Hunted, I have been avoiding getting it in the UK for some time now. I found The devil and Max Devlin to be weird, It just had an ick factor!
