Favorite Disneyland Ride

Post by Lady »

What are your favorite Disneyland/WDW/California Adventure rides? For me, my top 3:

1. Pirates of the Carribean (and yes, this was my favorite ride even before the movie came out)
2. Haunted House
3. California Soarin' (at the California Adventure Park). This ride just FEELS good.

The ride I hate the most is the tea cups. They make me want to vomit and die.

Well I haven't been to Disneyland since 1987. At that time my favourite rides were:

1. It's a small world after all
2. Pirates of the Carribean
3. Blue Thunder

My favorites are Splash Mountain, Soarin, Space Mountain and Pirates of the Caribean. I like Disneyland's Space Mountain better because it's faster and they take your picture which is fun and Pirates is better because it has a little drop in it.

5. Mr. Toad (Favorite from the "BABY" rides  )

for Disneyland it's Space Mountain/Splash Mountain/Haunted Mansion. All awesome.

For California Adventure it's Tower of Terror. Such an ADRENALINE RUSH.

You know it's been too long since you've been to Disneyland if you're calling it "Blue Thunder" instead of "Big Thunder"

Anyway, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is my favorite right now. The roller coaster is just perfect - not too fast, not too slow - and the themeing and detail is unbelievable. Ride it at night, the details in the rainbow cavern are awesome.

Space Mountain is great too, but I haven't rode it for a while with the rehab. Looking forward to experiencing the new Space Mountain this fall.

Also like Splash Mountain, Pirates of the Carribean, Indiana Jones, the Matterhorn, and the Fantasyland dark rides. The Tiki Room is great too! Saw it the first night after the long rehab was finished in March. It was brillant!

As for DCA, probably Mulholand Madness. Screamin' makes me sick, Soarin' has gotten boring. I've only been on Tower of Terror once, but I liked it. I need to ride it some more. Not too fond of DCA though...

Can't wait to visit again...

Without a doubt, Pirates of the Caribbean (closely followed by Phantom Manor at Disneyland Paris). Overall favourite attraction of Disney's would have to be D - MGM's Tower of Terror and the whole street leading to it (something it's DCA counterpart lacks). I was blown away from this ride. Truelly unique! :D

Man, you all are very rich and have a lot of free time on your hands. I would like to go to Disney Land or Disney World, but I have to wait until I graduate college. And I would go during spring break or what not, but I'm too poor to go. It sucks.

I just LOVE Haunted Mansion... at least in DisneyWORLD, I haven't been to DisneyLAND.
To all that come to this happy place: welcome. Disneyland is your land. Here age relives fond memories of the past, and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams, and the hard facts that have created America. -Walt Disney.
