So do I. ^_^ Disney has had big named celebs doing voice work for them over the years.Fidget1234 wrote:I love it when the celebs give voice to a Disney character.
I think Julia Roberts would be a great voice to have in a Disney animated feature. She's so versatile in her acting skills it's a great idea. I'm surprised Jim Carrey hasn't done any voice work for any characters, Disney or non-Disney. He needs to do one, too.Which celebs would u like to hear in a Disney animated movie?

I think Denzel Washington would play a neat villian type character! He could play the calm, cool, collected bad guy and his sidekick could be the weird, crazy, hyped out character.
I'm trying to think of who else there is...
But stated from the previous list, I wouldn't mind seeing (or, rather, hearing?) Ray Romano!

I'd like to see Bill Murray voice a character. He was supposed to play Sulley, but he never got in touch with Pixar.

Well he will voice a character for the next Dreamworks crap called "Over the Hedge!"I would also like to hear him in a Disney film too!Kenai wrote: I'm surprised Jim Carrey hasn't done any voice work for any characters, Disney or non-Disney. He needs to do one, too.
I'd also like to hear Bill Murray do a voice since he's one of my favorite comedians but I'm glad he didn't voice Sulley since John Goodman did such a good job! I also think Owen Wilson(which nobody mentioned) will do a good job with Cars coming out because I think he's very funny! Jerry Seinfeld and Ray Rammono would make good Disney voices too! As for Adam Sandler
I agree. But I'm sure there's a yet-to-be-created Disney (or more likely, Pixar) character that'll be perfect for him to bring to life!DaveWadding wrote:Murray (as much as I love the guy) would definitely not have worked as well as John Goodman for Sulley.Luke wrote:I'd like to see Bill Murray voice a character. My opinion, at least.

I agree with this too. John Goodman was the best Sulley, I can't even imagine how it would of sounded with Bill Murray. It probably would of been good with Bill Murray but I'm glad they went with John.DaveWadding wrote:Murray (as much as I love the guy) would definitely not have worked as well as John Goodman for Sulley.Luke wrote:I'd like to see Bill Murray voice a character. voices
I think Reese Witherspoon would be good for an animated character voice. And maybe my favorite guy, Josh Groban. He's got that sweet boy voice to him, if not a speaking voice, than at least a singing voice, that'll draw in big $$ if his concerts are any indication.

I don't like it when well known actors voice in a Disney character. I think it takes away from the personality of the character. But I think that Joaquin Phoenix and Mel Gibson did good jobs with their roles.

I'd like to see Jack Black(Saving Silverman,Orange County,School of Rock,Envy,etc...) voice a Disney character....I like his voice...and he has done voicework before(he voiced a sabertoothed tiger in Ice Age,and Voiced Lenny in Shark Tale....)

I've really liked a lot of Disney's voice casting. I can't think of too many more people that I'd like to see off the top of my head; Amy Grant, of course (and supposedly she is voicing something for a TV series for them in the future, but I'd still rather her play Nora in a Pete's Dragon remake/sequel). I would like to see more use of a few people: Whoopi Goldberg, Della Reese, Better Midler come to mind. Oh, Johnny Depp and James Earl Jones might be cool.

I had no idea that Meg Rana had voiced Anastasia well you learn something new everyday.RJKD23 wrote:I, too, would like to hear Jack Black, Julia Roberts, and Meg Ryan (if she didn't do one but I know she did Anastasia) voice a Disney character!
Hmmmm the main person I can think of that would be cool and extremly funny is Fran Duscher gosh that voice and laugh would be great for a cartoon
Disney... Laughter is timeless. Imagination has no age. And dreams are Forever
I thought Bette Midler was great in Oliver and Co. Especially when she tells Oliver whose bowl he's eating out of.awallaceunc wrote:I would like to see more use of a few people: Whoopi Goldberg, Della Reese, Better Midler come to mind. Oh, Johnny Depp and James Earl Jones might be cool.
