Yeah but to buy a copy you have to pay over 19.99(the cost of most DVDS) that's for sure!

I wouldn't mind paying that much if I didn't alreay have it. It is not a bad price for an OOP Disney DVD. When I bought Snow White from Bestbuy.com after it had when OOP, I had to pay $34.99. But at least you know they are authentic when you get them from places like Amazon and Best Buy.

They also have it on Target.com. They actually have several OOP titles on the site. But it says its 4-8 weeks for delivery. So I'm not sure if they would actually send it or not.

Just ordered mine! :D I think it came out to about $25 including shipping. Haven't been able to find it in stores around here so I'd rather get it while I still can!

And it doesn't say 4-8 weeks for delivery either. Said ships w/in 1-2 days like most orders. Target also has Lion King for $22.49 but I had just ordered mine for $17.25 off overstock.com last week. They do however say they have the Silly Symphonies and Snow White available in 4-8 weeks but I somehow doubt that...

BTW Amazon and Target are linked companies.

Yeah I kinda already new Amazon sells all of those DVD's so I'm not really surprised, I mean that's how I got my Bambi PE DVD. Amazon is a great place to get all of those. I haven't been to Overstock, so I'm just gonna assume that it's basically the same as Amazon. But I hate e-bay, don't ask me why, I just don't like it.

I love Amazon. It's where I get most of my OOP dvds. Such DVDs are Silly Symphonies, The Great Mouse Detective, Fantasia and Tarzan! :)

MinnieMe...what site did you order from? Amazon or target?

I tried looking for Toy Story on Amazon but it only gives me links for the 'new and used' part of the site. But target.com has it for $22 and it says ships within 4-8 weeks.

Let use know if you get your order!

I've tried looking for Toy Story on Overstock.com but can't seem to find it. :(

Disney Lover~ I ordered off Target... not sure why, I just picked one :D I'll let you know when I get it! Since it wasn't in the 4-8 week category, I don't know if it will help you. I was thinking of calling tomorrow to ask what the 4-8 weeks really meant and if there was a chance I might not get it.

Zoltack- Overstock is a GREAT place. If they have what you want, chances are it's cheaper than you can find at amazon.com. Like I said, target has lion king for 22.50 and I bought mine for $17.25. Also, shipping is only $1.40 for overstock. I'm a HUGE fan, but if they don't have what I want I go to amazon. I also bought the Mickey in Living color vol 2 for $23 and I've got my eye on the sword in the stone for about $13. Also, the vault Disney 4 pack on amazon.com is $59.39 w/ free shipping and I got it at overstock for $45.53 free shipping. Great place!!

Too bad. Usually when Amazon drops their price, all their new & used sellers do too.

So wait, this DVD is dropping in price and becoming in-stock at several places online???????

Wow! They really are already out. Guess I put my order in at the right time- I was even going to think about it a bit first! I may call soon to ask if the OOP titles they have really have a chance of coming in.

I totally doubt they'd get these w/in 4-8 weeks when things like Snow White are going for outrageous amounts on ebay!!

Or buy it from <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/associates/lin ... Amazon.com Marketplace</a> for a few dollars above its retail price.

You can also buy the [inferior] R2 version. It's better than not having it at all...

Is there any word on a release anytime soon? I may buy from the marketplace, Luke. Thanks for the tip :)

And does R2= region 2? I never really understood the difference. Can those play on regular dvds? Or are those the asian ones?
