Hi
Sorry I missed the rewards but I did a song.
Just sing it to the tune of the song "I walked where Jesus walked "
The UD Awards Have Finally Come
Everybody Is At The Awards Ceremony
There's Luke with Renata
And is that JM making out with his new girl ?
A truly great event.
They Come, and then they go
They came, but they will leave
They were such a joyful event
But as all good things, this has to come to an end
I saw you sitting there
We sat and enjoyed the awards together
Oh we sat, and saw the awards together
And UD Awards were brilliant
The awards presented were well deserved
But the most important thing was being there
We walked the red carpet where Luke had walked
We sat and watched the awards taking place
2005 Awards, were the best awards yet.
Here's To You Ultimate Disney!

There you have it, ladies and gents, Disney Guru and the Dancing Guruettes with a rousing musical performance! Let's give them a hand! ...or a marching pink elephant...
Thanks, Chris!
yes, yes, my avatar changed... but just for tonight. It's a first for me, but I found this logo for her recent broadway revival and thought it was really cool. The HBO version of that revival premiers tonight at 10pm (eastern, I believe), so be sure to check it out!
Don't you worry- Amy's radiant face will be back tomorrow with an all-new avatar!

Wonderful song, Guru. It may have been a bit premature, but you'll have trouble finding a dry eye after that touching yet invigorating performance.
*tears of joy*

Oh my, I was just about to go to bed when I realized that I hadn't made today's awards announcement. Chris' performance had me thinking we already had today's event. Anyways...
Ladies and gentlemen, he's already pushing the envelope with his unorthodox attire this evening and now he's here to present the Golden Mickey for Controversial Topic/Thread of the Year, one of the world's most popular Australians... Loomis!

Loomis: Controversey is a funny thing. Like being shot out of a canon, it's a different experience for everyone. Chances are, if you've ever been controversial, you smell and people don't like you. But that's ok, because you are in good company tonight. The nominees cover everything from religion to Japanese animation. They are:

I Never Knew About This (Lion King and Kimba)
I'd like everyone to read this (Rant on Enchanted Christmas)
You got to hear what a Disney Store employee told me to do..

Last but not least '"Do You Read The Bible?" - a thread so epic it
challenged the Bible itself for length, and I am proud to say I was part
of this monumental work. The thread, not the the bible. Although I did
claim to be god at one point.

Without further ado, the award goes to....

Do You Read The Bible?
Thread
While "most controversial" may not be an applaudable thing, I feel a sense of accomplishment having been one of the frequent posters in this hefty tome. Congrats (I suppose) to my comrades in (dis)agreement and to everyone who read/debated/actually answered the simple question that the thread asked.
Come back tomorrow for Poll/Game of the Year!

Well, I kind of guessed it would win, but YAY FOR THE BIBLE THREAD.
As one of the two main contributors, I'm pleased to see it got something other than Aaron and I exchanging theological missles.
I think the categories I'm nominated for a while off yet, so I'm going to sneak out to the bar...

A little late on my part, but better than never! Ladies and gents, please welcome RJKD23!
RJKD23: Polls. Games. Those are what entertains the UD members. We've seen
so many polls and games arise this year and the participation in them
by members has increased! But out of all polls and games, five have
been specially selected by you, the members. Maybe because we find
out what the favorites of other members are or even what they spend
their money on weekly! Regardless, the chosen five or rather, the
nominees are...
PE/SE Cover Art Survivor
favourite scene in a disney movie
What New Release DVD Will You Buy This Week? series (example)
Disney 20 Questions
Villains Countdown (Voting * Results * Discussion)
and the winner is...
Villains Countdown
Up next: UD.com Forum/Website Event of the Year!
