This is a link to a google cached site that mentioned the may 7th release of the treasures here in Australia
http://www.google.com.au/search?q=cache ... n&ie=UTF-8
None of the local DVD outlets has any copies available and I cant find anything on the net, anyone know if region 4 is still getting a release of these?
What happened to the Australian release of Disney Treasures?

That's a damn good question.
I was hanging out for these.
The official BVHE site now has no sign whatsoever of these (the list goes up to July - http://www.bvhe.com.au/news ), and the only site I remember offering them for pre-order was dvdorchard.com.au.
It would be interesting if we could somehow find out - it sounds like we were going to get some kind of treasure set like the US, as well as the Fables from the UK, but both have disappeared.
One thing that interested me though on that cached list: it had the Incredible Hulk listed for May originally, on the new list it is listed for June (to coincide with the new film presumably). The Herbie films were originally going to be released in individual volumes in June on the site, but now it seems we get a box set in July.
Perhaps the Treasures have been similarly pushed back.
In about two weeks (i.e. the start of June), we will see the August releases go up. As Disney are notorious for not really promoting their upcoming releases here until a few weeks before, we may yet see the Treasures sets go up in August.
I'd even settle for the Fables sets at this point...

Hey, good work Chargin.
At least we have some kind of indication that they might still be coming.
As you probably know, getting this stuff from the US is expensive enough at retail prices, let alone eBay ones.
Hope we will get some "official" word soon.
Thank for the info - it was very welcome on the cold and gloomy Sydney day!
