Post by shakespear »

Its live action

Its about a boy, who maybe sells newspapers?

He used to be in the "blue diamond gang" or the "red devils"

Well the only thing that is coming to mind from your description, is a TV show called Gallegher from the "Wonderful World of Color" anthology series.

Gallegher (1965)

It was about about a newspaper copyboy who wanted to become a reporter. It was set in 1889 and Gallegher worked for "The Daily Press" newspaper. The original Gallegher was in 3 parts, in part one he stumbled across a bank robbery, in part 2 he halped uncover the trial of a police chief and in part 3 Gallegher spots a train robber.

Then there was the sequel The Further Adventures of Gallegher (1965)

which were 3 episodes:

A Case of Murder
The Big Swindle
The Daily Press vs. City Hall

Then there was another sequel Gallegher Goes West (1966)

Which was 4 parts:

Showdown with the Sundown Kid
Crusading Reporter
Tragedy on the Trail
Trial By Terror

Then there was the final sequel The Mystery of Edward Sims (1966)

I don't know if this is right, but it's the only thing I've come across that relates to a newspaper boy. However these TV shows would have been color. Ring any bells?
