The Lipsky twins, Syd and Des, were the best of friends. In fact, they were an awesome team. Both often pitied the poor unfortunate souls of the clones they fought, who always failed to be prepared. Death was, however, a part of the circle of life.
After the mission, little April showers rained down on the heroes, as they gathered at the House of Mouse. Not officially Disney characters, they had their own ties because of their father Dr. Drakken. Syd took her seat next to Ratigan, who just couldn't wait to be king of England. Next to Ratigan sat Simba.
After she and her sister left, she headed off to her hotel. Her dog, Zipadee, and her parrots Doo and Dah barked or chirped at her arrival. She flipped on the TV as Des walked in, seeing her sister's mind was out there. A newsflash came on, announcing that Ratigan had gotten hold of the throne. Syd knew he was the phony king of England. On her way, she tripped into Scott, her crush. She hurriedly gasped her apologies for missing their date, and Scott replied with "Love will find a way, Syd."
Syd was badly outnumbered because of Ratigan's henchmen, Scar's hyenas. They licked their chops and stalked toward the heroine. Syd knew she could go the distance...to the phone. So she ran over there, and dialed for help. No one answered. "I won't say it, Ratigan!" Syd glared. "I won't say-"
Suddenly, Syd was deafened by the hyenas' singing. "TO RATIGAN!" Oh, man. If only her sister was here, then she'd shout her battle cry of 'Let's get together!'. Cheesy, but effective and would mean she'd go from zero (she wasn't that well known) to hero. The hyenas chased her all the way to a river, and Syd kicked their sorry behinds in the water, where they were sent just around the riverbend.
"Oh yeah! G'night, cronies! That's my lullaby!" Syd snapped, doing a little victory dance. "Oh yeah! A star is born!" And, because some Disney movies ignore logic completely, the hyenas were sent under the sea, down to the fathoms below. Syd loved being part of the crimefighting world.

Man has a dream
And that's the start
He follows his dream
With mind and heart
And when it becomes a reality
It's a dream come true
For you and me!
And that's the start
He follows his dream
With mind and heart
And when it becomes a reality
It's a dream come true
For you and me!

In a world of my own, I once met a guy like you. He seemed very nervous. I tried to speak to him.
"Hello," I asked him. "Are you having a jolly holiday?"
"No," screamed the other man. "I'm late!"
"For what?" I replied. "A trip to Portobello Road? I heard that everybody wants to be a cat there. You can be up all night singing a song about the journey to where you are."
"No! I'll soon be late in the fact that I'll be dead!" screamed the man. "I must be prepared"
"Why?" I asked. "Has this got something to do with the world's greatest criminal mind?"
"No!" screeched the man. "There's a wolf nearby. And I'm the one who's affraid of the big bad wolf. He sees me as his meal like les poissons are to the French. He'll go the distance to consume us!"
"Hi diddle dee dee!" I cried. "A wolf shouldn't be our guest to feast on us. This really is topsy turvy round here. If people question the wolf where we are once he's eaten us, people will soon remark to the wolf "he lives in you!""
"But we'll be dead inside him." remarked the other man. "As if we were drowned under the sea!"
Suddenly, the wolf came up to us. Even with a smile and a song, we were going to fall mercy. I knew that I was in the age of not believing nasty things, but I knew he'd make me his supper.
"These people are all mine, mine, mine to eat," growled the wolf. "Oh what a happy day. I love a good meal!"
Suddenly, I woke up. Why, I was in bed awakening to a brazzle razzle day! This wolf experience was only a nightmare. It all happened once upon a dream.

Five more to go. I'll give a clue; these songs are from films about mice, explorers, beanstalks, heroes and dragons.tinkerbell-cup wrote:In a world of my own
