Thanks to everyone who has said nice thnigs about me, but seriously - if you are reading this MMP, there are much better reasons to quit that little ol' me. I'm just a foolish prankster - really not worth it.

I've left this board for months on end countless times, but I've never made an announcement about it. And I'm still here. This thread smacks of attention grabbing to me, but I'm sure you have your (extensively listed) reasons. I only wanted to comment because I was name-checked, and because I genuinely enjoy seeing the same familiar "faces" around the board.

I have to agree with Snowbot. From past experiences, I've realised that the best thing to do is to be yourself. If people don't like certain habits, they'll just have to get used to them if they're such a good friend. I can be somewhat eccentric (English stereotype here ) and some people can find that a bit odd. I can act a little cooky. I still watch kid's films. I overanalyse literature. However, there are some people just accept this as my behaviour, thus proving that they're friends. Just try and get confidence and ignore your friend's snobbery.
