Beast and Pinnochio appear in Aladdin... :)
I think the coolest appearance is Belle in the Huncback of Notre Dame.

I can think of a couple of others. Two men carry Pumbaa on a stick in the same shot you see Belle in during Hunchback of Notre Dame. A Dumbo plushie can be found in Lilo's room as well as a Mulan poster in Nani's.

When the sultan is stacking his toy animals Beast is somewhere near the top.

When Buzz (in Toy Story 2) runs then stops and goes to the shelves where all the Buzz Lightears are, just before he turns the corner you can see a Flick toy. And it's pretty obvious where Pinocchio is in Aladdin.

Also in Monster's Inc in the room where Mike makes his kid laugh, if you look in the room you'll see Disneyland posters!

Lilo & Stitch
When Stitch awakes at the dog pound, there are a number of dogs shaking in fear in the corner of his cell. They are all the same breed of dogs that Lady encounters in her trip to the dog pound in Lady and the Tramp.

The Sword on the stone:
On the hunting scene at the begining, the deer it´s not any but Bambi´s Mother

The rescuers:
When the litle girl sings her song before Medusa take her to get the Diamond, we can see little Bambi and his Mother gassing, and then a blue bird than makes the sae flying route than Friend Owl at the begining of the movie and finally turning into the bird with-the-nest of the "Little April shower" song.

If you see frame by frame the first fishing scene on Brother Bear, when the mamooth pass running between Sitka and Kenai´s older brother we can see Nemo jumping out from the net

This is some major coll stuff I knew a few of them but a lot of these are new to me. Looks like I'll be watching a lot of these movies this weekend  .

The only one I can think of right now is the massive resembalance shared between Pride Rock in the Lion King and The Moutain Pochantas and John Smith are on top of when they are singing Colors of the Wind. Does that count Lol ?

Oh yeah I've seen that in the Rescures, where Penny is out on the boat and she sees the deer. I thought the deer looked familar.

Nope, that's not Gaston. Beauty and the Beast was made after Bambi... way way way after Bambi. So how could Gaston be in the movie when Beauty and the Beast wasn't even considered by Disney to become an animated movie at the time? :P

Characters showing in different films happened after Disney's death (The Jungle Book on, I presume?). I may be wrong on this (I understand one of the characters in Bedknobs and Broomsticks wears a Mickey Mouse t-shirt).

In Bambi, Man was originally going to be a character but they didn't want to perceive Man as an evil, villanous being. Intead, they included the gunshots/campfire to make the presence of Man known.

This is all from memory when I watched the Special Features on the Bambi DVD. So the information might be a little foggy as I can't remember it word-by-word.

Would voices count?

In Aristocats.. Roquefort the Mouse, voiced by Sterling Holloway, was the voice of Winnie The Pooh.

What about the Genie in the three Aladdin movies and the different characters he turns himself into. I believe he even turned himself into Steamboat Willie.
