I have never seen this wave without the Tin/ The only ones released
without Tins were from COSTCO for waves 1 and 2 and that was a
special release..

Yes, there are still reams of copies of that one around. Apparently, even in this day and age people knew Childrens programmoing and War did not go together very well.

So were the Plastic Case sets sold in the U.S. alongside of the tins? I personally would pay less to get the content.. I don't really need the shiny tins.
