X-Men United is already out on DVD? It just came out on 2 May. Wow.

This is the earliest DVD review I've ever seen along with Daredevil. Since they're both released by Fox, I'm guessing Fox is becoming more open about super-early DVD reviews, perhaps to allow more time for positive buzz to spread.

Ooh! Looks cool...
Ours comes out here on 29 October AND I'm pretty sure it was release on the same day at the cinema as the US, possibly even earlier. The trend was started, as mentioned, with Daredevil which we also got about a month ahead of the US on DVD (and the UK got even earlier than that)

I hope this is a trend that picks up, but will it hurt box office takings with turn arounds this quick? I guess it didn't really hurt X2.

At any rate, can't wait!

And for international buyers, and those with multi-region players that can't wait, the same twin pack comes out here on October 29. The X-Men discs will be those from X-Men 1.5.

One thing that really bugs me is how it seems X2 is going to be in a slimline case ala other Marvel films such as Spider-Man and Daredevil, but X-Men 1.5 was digipak, so now both X-Men films won't match...Anyone know if in the X-Men Twin Pack 1.5 will be repackaged in slimline to match X2? If so, then I'm selling my 1.5 DVD and buying the pack because I want both films to match.
