1-800-72-DISNEY

That's the customer service line.
You're entitled to 3 free slipcovers..then you'd have to pay..99 cents for each additional? I'm not sure. I've only ordered 2 so far. ;)

Hope that helps! :)

I don't think there is...I know that you can register your DVDs. But I don't know about slipcovers.

You should call them.. when they're open (or you know their Disney hours start).
They're really nice and helpful. :)

Thanks, I'll call and ask.. Any information needed about the movie when you call? I'll ask also if it can be done online.

Just the stock # (easily found on the DVD case itself)

Well, duh, but they don't exactly have an encyclopedic memory off the top of their heads about which DVDs do and don't have slipcovers like we do. :p

The very first lady told me the very first time I called.
"You're given 3 slipcovers for free, and then you'd have to pay 99 cents for shipping charge."

The second time I requested a slipcover, another lady did not mention anything to me.

But now that you mention the news...YAY! FREE SLIPCOVERS! :p

Actually, the two ladies that helped me out knew the titles + slipcovers without the Stock #. (well, at least when I called the two times, i heard "typing" when the Disney employee was helping me.)

Well the single time I called I was looking for the Alice slipcover...and she was like, you mean the Masterpiece Edition right blah blah blah...so she didnt really know right off the top of her head.

Regardless, I have to call tomorroe cause I need the slip to Bug's Life...

It's a cardboard cover that slips around the DVD case, with the exact same cover artwork. Sometimes the front opens like a book with velcro, other times not.

Maybe she was talking about if you request 3 or more at one time?
