If they do come up with a Lion King 3 then I'd have to say some people don't know when to stop. If you ask me there are too many sequels to movies that don't even make sense. I mean like in Cinderella didn't she marry the prince. Doesn't it end there. Why was there a part II. Or The Little Mermaid II. I don't bother watching those sequels. The only sequels I think that are worth it are The Lion King II, The Lion King 1 and a half, Toy Story 2, The Jungle Book 2. And I think that's it. I don't care for sequels or prequels. Why can't they just leave things alone. Oh yeah another one is the Bambi prequel that's coming out next year. The Great Prince well that's stupid too. What next a sequel to Monsters Inc. I mean it's a good movie but I personally can live without a sequel to that.

stop the sequels!!!

No More...please.

Also, if they do another one it would be upon the next release...they won't make a movie just to make a movie, they will make it to help market the other three.
Why create history when we can change history.

I think it would be a nice added extra to the lion king series because everybody wants to know a little bit more after the ends of films... But if they did make a third i think it would most probably only seem like a copy or just a different version of the other films as i feel they achieved all they wanted to achieve and covered everything they possibly could without becoming repetetive... I mean its not a bad idea to have another

So when exactly would they stop wanting more? With this logic, we'll be seeing The Lion King 11 1/2 by 2009... :o

I am happy with what there is. I like both The Lion King and Aladdin sequels but to be honest both movies were my favourites until the sequels came out. I like the sequels but they kind of cheapened the original movies for me.

However if they could pull it off I wouldn't mind seeing Aladdin 4. The harm has already been done.

Oh and about Kimba... he dies? Well what a spoiler.

i think they should leave the Lion King the way it is now. No more sequels. Lion King 2 ended it well

Look I love sequels Every DIsney sequel that I've seen I've loved. Lady and the Tramp 2 and Lion King 2. But even I have to say that after 2 it kinda just ruins the first movie. And I'm sure no one wants to see them ruin the greatness of Lion King 1. SO please Disney Don't make Lion King 3. Lion King 1 1/2 and Lion King 2 was good enough.
