I got mine the day it came out but I didn't have a chance to actually watch the DVD until just now. I watched the film itself, the bloopers, the Supers cartoon, and the 2 shorts (of which I much preferred Jack-Jack Attack). Omg such greatness! Some of the "bloopers" were like... holy shite, how'd they get that on there. XD~

The transfer was absolutely pristine--and there's no other way for me to drool over the gorgeous Mirage, ne (I will definitely call that number on her phone card--thanks for the tip!). <3
Wherever. Whatever. Have a nice day.

I was shocked that Pixar didn't put any kiddy special features on the set.

The dvd set is amazing, i like the top secret profiles on the supers, its funny how some of them had teams, and broke up and how frozone was involved romatically with another super hero...it gives u a background on what the supers were like in the Glory Days. Also i though Jack Jack Attack was sooo cute...it was very funny :D

Well I liked the DVD but didn't love it.

Here are my complants:

1. Jak Jak Attack was disappointing for me, it should've been longer.

2. The Making of the Incredibles documentary was good but was no Making Nemo.

3. I would've liked more information on Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnson than just a one minute easter egg.

4. The way to open the case with those strap things are stupid.

Those are the only complants so far(haven't checked out all of the DVD. But Overall I 'm enjoying the DVD.

I'm guessing that NEZSIMBA meant that they had a hard time becoming attached to the characters. It's admittedly a bit easier to become attached to animals in a piece of animation than humans.

Today I watched most of the extras... almost done with them. Found them a little bit on the short side but straight to point. And always fun and entertaining to watch.

That's why I'm watching right now the extras for Monsters Inc.; never saw them. And the reason why I decided to upgrade my Gold Collection of A Bug's Life.

...it's funny, I never updated a DVD before for the extras. But I think Pixar's are very well worth it because of the effort they put on them and because their making history with the golden movies they make.

1. I loved it, its a short so its supposed to be short.

2. I thought it was great that they got to the point, no fluff. Only complaint is the complete lack of the voice actors.

3. They simply had a 15 second cameo and didin't draw anything for the movie, so, as much as I love to have any info about them, this dvd would not have been the right place for it. On the Cinderella dvd for example its gonna be perfect.

4. totally agree

Hmm, a couple of certain sequences of Puss 'n Boots from Shrek come to mind, but he's not a Disney property, LOL!

Yeah, that's a feature that seems to be biting the dust lately. What gives? :(

I got the DVD, yay. :D Well, I'm not an extra kind of person (I rarely watch them), the only thing I watched on Disc 2 was Jack Jack Attack, which was fine but not great. As for the movie, it looks GREAT, fantastic transfer. I also loved the movie even more, I plan to watch it a couple of more times during Spring Break. :)

'cuz we're a bunch of liberal, pot-smoking hippies that don't give a damn about violence in movies. I dunno. Why did we change the name of the (Canadian) cartoon series Beast Wars to "Beasties" in Canada, yet leave all the violent content intact that was cut out in America? Apparently, we find violent names offensive, but don't mind violent content. Works for me...

Anyway...

Personally, I think the Incredibles DVD is great. I was also really looking forward to Jack Jack Attack, which didn't dissapoint me. Between Kari's ditzy antics and Jack Jack's adorable-ness, it's a great short.

Kari actually really reminds me of a girl I had a crush on (yeah, I know, I go for weirdos, lol) in high school a few years back. That's probably why I find her character so funny in the movie.

Got my copy on Friday as thats the day it came out in the UK.
I brought it from Blockbuster for some reason as i was walking into town and was in a rush so i walked past Blockbuster and got it from there so that would save me messing around in town, and they had the slipcover wooo! But on the way home when i had met my mum after work for a lift i noticed the whole of the slipcover was totally scratched all over it, i was like nooooooooo :o So then i went back and asked for another and they apologised about it and gave me another woo!

I watched all the trailers as i always do (you gotta love trailers lol) and i cant wait until Chicken Little!! It looks great, and i love how they have made the castle look again with the space look this time, that rocks!

I really liked the menus, i was unsure when i first seen screencaps on them as they seemed kind of rushed compared to the menus of Nemo which were amazing. But anyway onto the film.....
This was the first time i had ever watched it and i loved it!!! I was really surprised at what it was actually like and i felt it was just as good as Nemo (No i didnt say its better as its not ).

Jack jack attack was also great, and Boundin was another great short! Anyway sorry for going on and all.... :P
