Does anyone here have, at least, an idea of when the Special Edition for "Pocahontas" will be released in countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands?
Just an example: here in Brazil the "Pocahontas" DVD was NEVER released and there's still no sign of when it will.
We'll be getting the Special Edition for "Tarzan" in the same time Spain and The Netherlands will, so I guess the SE for "Pocahontas" will be released in the same time in these countries where it has not been released yet...
There is a slight chance you might not be getting it. I know in Israel we'll be getting Tarzan, but Pocahontas won't be coming this year. I think that in Italy it's been released already...

Though Tarzan will arrive in may, I've got a definate confirmation that Poland is not getting the special edition of Poca this year either. It's never been on dvd here either.
I really don't know why the SE of "Pocahontas" is taking this long to be released in Latin America and in Spain, Holland, Italy, etc.
Maybe it will be released in the end of this year (by November, like the SE of "Mulan") or in the begining of the next year (like happened with "Alice in Wonderland").
But they HAVE to release it THIS year in these remaining countries because this year is the 10th aniversary of the movie.
I don't know about the other countries in Europe, but we're getting to SEs this year in Finland and I highly doubt that we're getting a third one. My prediction is that it comes out in the beginning of 2006 as the Alice in Wonderland SE did '05, at least we would get one SE for that year.
It has to come because we still have the cheap version of it, we need a better one.

There's a good chance it won't be realeased until later this year as a Platinum supporter (like Mulan last year). It may even only be released next year! You never know with Disney...

If you refer to the Scandinavian countries I don't think it'll be released this year, it would be third Special Edition for this year then. I'm sure it'll come next year, they just can't skip it. Whatever happens I'm going to get it before it's release here for sure.

It's almost sure that Lilo & Stitch will be the supporting Special Edition for the Cinderella Platinum Edition in all countries where the L&S Special Edition isn't released yet. Lilo & Stitch: Special Edition will be released in September. It could be that Pocahontas will appear in November or December, but I seriously doubt it.
