Well my wife will certainly want Halloweentown, Cinderella of course and maybe Lilo and Stitch 2. Really dissappointing catalogue releases. There must be a bunch more interesting ones left.

Best of Britney Justin & Christina ? Yikes no thanks.

I wonder what will be in the "Best of the Original Mickey Mouse Club"

Vintage Mickey is probably MM B&W shorts, right?

Also, what's Johnny Tremain and Toby Tyler?

With Cinderella now available for pre-order, a press release can't be too far away (I'm so hoping we get one this weekend).

Well, there are only a handful I'd order from that lot.

Naturally, Stitch 2 and Cinderella. Possibly Lost. Oh, and the Heffalump movie!

I assume Vintage Mickey is just repeating the contents of the Treasures. The Mickey Mouse Club ones could be interesting, for nothing else bu historical value, but I doubt I would actually purchase.

I should be IN the US when the Heffalump movie comes to DVD, so I might just try and pick it up there :P

I'll be getting Lilo & Stitch 2 ... as well as Lost. Well, maybe. Lost is on shaky ground with me ... not only because the third season of Enterprise comes out the same day, and I can't very well shell out 150 dollars to get both, so ... unless I get some early birthday money; I don't know ... guess I'll see, on that. As I view Enterprise's third season as superior to Lost's current one ...

And counting against Lost, for me, is the fact that it's an eternal tease; I can handle teasing, but after so many mysteries and hints, I need some sort of answers. Eventually. Like, 17 or 18 episodes in, they've given none. Just more flashbacks showing characters getting redeemed. (Which, increasingly, is getting sappy.) And more threads, tangled with the too many they already have. I don't know.

Lilo & Stitch 2 is a certainty, however, for my collection. And I'm really glad to know when it's coming out, cause I was wondering ... but what about the re-release of the first film? Anyway, I'm excited about Lilo & Stitch 2 ... and will be more so as the release comes closer, though the Lilo voice change still has me through a loop.

I've posted a bit of cover art for the Best of Mickey Mouse Club DVDs, Princess Sing-Along Volume 2, Lost: Season 1 here:
http://www.ultimatedisney.com/coverart.html

The first post has been updated with some new additions as well. Altogether, we've learned about 22 DVDs due over the next 6 months.

Voice change?

They aren't even using Ms Chase in Ring 2, instead opting to use the 27-year old who doubled for her in the first American remake.

Maybe they could combine the two films. Or after you watch Lilo & Stitch 2, someone will phone you, and tell you that in seven days, another Winnie the Pooh DVD will be out...

This all sounds good although I was expecting to hear of a new release of 'Lilo & Stitch', Ah well we get the sequel which I'm actually looking forward to.

Even though I have the Treasures if Vintage Mickey is like the Classic Cartoon Favourites I may get it for the same reasons I buy those. :) Oh and I'll be getting Lost for sure as well as Cinderella.

I'll wait and see what the MMC release will be like. I might get it.

Wow, lot's of new DVD announcements. This is quite exciting, even if I'm not getting most of them, hehe.
Of the newly announced titles, "The Secrets, Stories, and Magic of the Happiest Place on Earth" is the one I'm looking forward to the most. I believe this will be either a compilation of the 50s Disneyland show (which I really hope so) or a more promotional title.

Hmm, isn't it kinda worring that we already have "Lilo and Stitch 2" for preorder and still no word on the looong-delayed special edition?

It's supposed to be out by the end of the year, but I agree it's odd that they're apparently not going to release the two DVDs side-by-side.

Vintage Mickey has a running time of 90 minutes. I'd suspect that the new Disneyland DVD and that are tying into the 50th anniversary celebrations somehow, but I have no idea what will be on either.
