Pooh's Heffalump Movie

Post by purplebluelove99 »

Is it worth owning Pooh's Heffalump Movie on dvd? I was just thinking of waiting for it to come out on dvd. I haven't yet seen it in the theaters. I don't know if it's worth seeing it. Plus no one wants to go see it with me. Thanks.

Do you have all the other Winnie the Pooh movies? If you do I'd think you would like it. I'd wait and read the review from this site and maybe that will help your decision.

No one wants to go and see movies with me either. :P

I own all the other Winnie the Pooh Movies that you can get on dvd except for Seasons of Giving. I have Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and a A Day For Eeyore on vhs. Other than that I guess you're right I'll wait to see the review from this site. That's what I did for Piglet's Big Movie. It's not that no one wants to see a movie with me it's the fact that it's a kid's movie. Movies are also expensive. You might as well wait for it to come out on dvd and buy it. It costs about the same for two people to go see a movie, you might as well own the film.

I thought that comparison of the L&S poster with the heffalump poster is kind of obvious... I think they meant to do the same thing for the heffalump movie as this is really a new thing for the Pooh world, as Stitch was for the Disney world ;)

I'm not really sure why the similarities in the posters warranted a post at AN, I thought it was blatantly obvious!

I'm not sure what I think of this film-I want to see it (it's Pooh, after all), but I've got mixed feelings on this new character:

1. It could be just what the franchiase (sp?) needs to breath some new life into it

but

2. I'm not really sure how I feel about adding a new character when they barely make use of some of the existing ones (Gopher, Owl, and Kanga and Roo have only just recently become popular).
