I know I know, these lists have been done to death. Cheers to Ultimate Disney for being 1st out of the gun with Wave 5 info and discussion. Here is a list of possibilities of what could be on the rareties release, if this will comprise the disney shorts that do not fall into a character/sillt symphony collection. I compiled this list with the help of the great toonzone Disney Shorts guide.
Some of these things have already seen release on other sets. If they are going to Double-Dip, then you might as well know why.
The Practical Pig (SS Easter Egg) is a 'Three Little Pigs' Cartoon, not a SS.
Chicken Little
Reason and Emotion and
Education for Death were released as Entertainment shorts, and not produced in the same way with the same government entities as the rest of the On The Front Lines non-character based shorts. (As far as I can tell).
The Hatfields and Coys would be a nice bonus to make up for the censored American Melody Time.
Why would it not be the case that the Donald Duck educational videos could be released in the DD series? Something to think about.
Also, a lot of these later shorts have longer running times, perhaps their would be a couple volumes based on different themes?
I included theatrical shorts released up through 2004 to be complete, and the few episodes that I included from Mouse Works debuted either on VHS or the theater.
All sorts of stuff to discuss, so discuss! Thanks again Luke for the great site.

Well, out of that list, I can tell you what I *really* want:
Susie the Blue Coupe
The Little House
The Martins and the Coys
Donald in Mathemagic Land
Noah's Ark
Scrooge McDuck and Money
The Small One
Sport Goofy in Soccermania
Not likely that they'll all be on the same set, but I can dream, can't I?

Oh yeah, I forgot that Susie short is on the Ichabod and Mr. Toad DVD at the end of the game! I don't have the other two DVD's that it's on yet, though. I've been planning on getting the Herbie one sometime soon.Luke wrote: "Susie the Little Blue Coupe" is on Adventures of Ichabod & Mr. Toad, The Love Bug, and Mickey & Minnie: Sweetheart Stories. I'm super excited about Soccermania coming to DVD; I had absolutely no hopes for that one. It's a fun short with a lot of cartoony energy, a little more Tex Avery than the usual Disney fare. I always used to wonder if it was a predecessor for DuckTales. I love how it has an early Roger Rabbit cameo!
