Play.com help.

Post by Andy »

Ok im planning on ordering the Bambi dvd soon, and also the Incredibles.

Im guessing these both have slipcovers right? But has anyone ordered from play when a certain disney dvd was released which had a slipcover and did they send you the slipcover?

Thnx :)

Yeah there's no reason not to have a slipcover because you order the dvd on play.com or eleswhere. The DVDs are sold that way so you will have one.

However, on the through-play.com-ordered-Disney DVDs, you'll have, just like for every canadian sites, a enclosed sticker on the slipcover (and on the cove as well) mentionning a French language track. The sticker is pretty big, pretty horrible and you can't take it off !
This is why I never order Diusney DVds on canadian websites ! lol :) but otherwise that's okay.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about for the newly released Mary Poppins 40th Anniversary Edition :

I simply can't stand this (though I'm French ;-) ) but some people don't mind about it and maybe you don't. :)
