The Lion King is my absolute fave. I love Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast too...the soft, dreamy silhouette look is really nice.

I don't know if it's the same in France, but the DVD cases for the Dutch Disney DVD's are dark blue. Perhaps this is the same in Frace?

You're write ! Disney DVD's are in a dark blue Aramay box when they're not in a luxuous box like the Lion King "Edition prestige"

It's so unfair that the UK gets half arsed versions of the classics. While France gets DTS on virtually every release!

they're all so pretty. some are like the u.s. covers (like lilo and finding nemo). but quite a few are really different. i really like the peter pan, lion king, and sleeping beauty covers. they're so awesome! and the beauty and the beast one is really pretty too. i'm a big fan of the whole shadow/silluette (sp?) art; it looks more sophisticated i think.

OOoOoooooohhhhhh I'm jealous! Those covers just look absolutely awesome (especially the platinum editions). So much better than the american covers. The French always have better disney. What is their Bambi cover gonna look like?

Why does the French covers are so great and the Us are not, I mean, think about it. It´s supposed than Disney must concentrate also in their very own people.
