Just a word on some of the OFLC stuff - there is stuff there that has been classified and never heard from again, or heard from years later (especially Disney stuff). However, this looks quite encourgaing.
They seem to be releasing a lot of these volumes here - two from Mickey and Donald; two Timon & Pumbaa in Feb; all the Winnie the Pooh stuff...

OK hopefully that won't happen too often, at least this gives us an idea of what might be released in next few months.Loomis wrote:Just a word on some of the OFLC stuff - there is stuff there that has been classified and never heard from again, or heard from years later (especially Disney stuff). Looks like Jasmine's Enchanted Tales is the next series of volumes to be released, with this DVD just clasified today:
Jasmine's Enchanted Tales: Journey of a Princess - Elemental my Dear/ Do the Rat Thing/ Garden of Evil Firm

You beat me to it, Kirben
I'd just posted that info on DVDBits and was on my way over here to do the same
I've updated my list at the start of this thread accordingly.
I also have access to cover art/screenshots for a number of those (except the Jasmine one at the moment), so let me know if any of these are of interest.

Well, they usually announce the stuff on the 1st of the month, so maybe some tech is just getting in early. More stuff might be added over the coming days. Seems like a very thin schedule at the moment, and as you said, more has been added since this morning.Kirben wrote:Buena Visa Home Entertainment added more titles since this morning, I didn't see those Kim Possible titles earlier.
The Incredibles seems to have been delayed, not an April 2005 release as listed by EmpireDVD. I noticed the 2 discs of the Incredibles have been classified by OFLC already though.
The April National Treasure prediction was accurate, so lets hope Incredibles is too.

Another one added to the BVHE site:
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Lost Disc on April 27

BVHE seem to have removed the entry from their site.
Something is wrotten in the state of Denmark!

Nice reviews, Loomis. I guess one House of Mouse short is a start. Personally, I enjoy the non-short stuff from that show more than the shorts themselves. Mickey's Around the World in 80 Days will have to include the House of Mouse stuff to some degree. Looking forward to that, even if the DVD will be structured as a whole "Here, child, learn!" package, I'm sure.

I wonder what is on that?Kirben wrote:Tarzan - Special Ed. (2 Discs) has been delayed until 29th June 2005 now.
Seems to be a lot of delayed titles from Buena Visa Home Entertainment lately, unless they are mixing up release dates.
Haven't we already had the Tarzan 2-Disc?
At any rate, BVHE have added Scrubs - Season 1 to the May schedule.

You must be confusing Disney's animated version of Tarzan with another version of the movie or another title. Only the single disc version was released in Australia (Which I own) and it has not been re-released before.Tony wrote:Yes, we did get the 2 disc in Australia... I bought it myself at Westfield Hurstville.Kirben wrote: No, the original release of Tarzan on DVD was a single disc only.
Check the review at http://www.michaeldvd.com.au/Reviews/Tarzan.asp which compared the Region 1 and 4 releases.
