Region 2 DVD release of The Golden Girls

Hi guys,

I just wanted to let you know that The Golden Girls Season 1 will be released on Region 2 DVD in May, and Season 2 is coming in July.

I wrote to Buena Vista UK last week enquiring about a possible European release and I received this letter > http://www.the-goldengirls.com/Media/bu ... letter.jpg > this morning

I was going to buy Season 2 on Region 1 when it's released in the US in May, but I'm going to hold off for the European release since it's just two months off the US one

Good news. Region 4 of Season 1, 2 and 3 expected to be released in August and September. Got the info from an Australian chap this morning and he's scanned the letter he received from Buena Vista Entertainment Australia.
