Re: Cinderella Discussion

I remember it really bad but maybe I should take another look to it. The best one in my opinion is TLM one but it's because of the nostalgia.

Re: Cinderella Discussion

Hey Duster, is this the one you meant? The one that had bad illustrations? https://thumbs2.imgbox.com/de/ce/6rZIwiVJ_t.jpg In my opinion this book is much better than the Sleeping Beauty one. This one is really bad and the characters and colors look really bad. The cinderella one is not bad at all.

As I said in the Spanish version that I saw there is no sign of what Fareb asked for. I don't know if the rest of the countries have it.

Re: Tangled (Live-Action)

Those movies didnt bomb because they cast different races people, they bombed because they were bad movies, with poor direction. These movies had problems since the cast were announce. In the case of the little mermaid it was the main problem. I remember reading social media where people were reall...

No, that's not true, at least in the version released in Spain. The movie ends with John praying with his father after the resurrection

Re: Hand-Drawn Animation Dead at Disney

I saw today Light of the world and I have to say that the animation looks good on screen. The script is good and appropriated for all audiences. Honestly I'm glad to have enjoyed a 2D film on screen again. Disney should learn ;)

Re: Disney Dolls

Today started the European release of the new designer collection. Giselle was a nightmare but I could get one. I'm happy because she's one of my favorite Disney's characters. I can't understand why they didn't make more dolls of her. The other two dolls released by them were a D23 exclusive so peop...

Honestly I'm not sure if I've posted this video before or some else did, but here's the pencil test of King Maginfico. https://x.com/NCLuke1024/status/1735041488231235907 This is what Wish would've looked like in 2d. It looks amazing...it's a pity that they didn't choose the 2D as a way to make the...

I bought my tickets today for the japanese version. I’ll watch it November 6th. I'll tell you my opinion after that. I can't wait! Oh I just realized that I didn't tell my experience! Obviously I didn't understand anything about the musical but I've seen the UK tour version and the Spanish second p...

It's weird what they did but let's see what happens in the movie! There's only two months for the release. I can't believe how fast time passes. I'm going to miss having news and photos of the movie during all the year.

Re: Wicked: The Musical: The Movie

But if they wanted to make a tribute to the Broadway production, they should have had her in the blue dress in Part 1 when we first see her. Then save the pink dress for the Dorothy parts in For Good . And it's true, this second part is more dark and sad, but then have Glinda in the sadder blue dre...

Thanks for the picture! I would love to have a re edition of these comics just like they are doing with the little golden book. But preserving the colors and the artwork because I've seen some comics that have been released again modifying everything except the drawing. I've also been searching pict...

Re: Wicked: The Musical: The Movie

In the broadway musical she wears the blue one when she meets Dorothy so maybe they wanted to make a tribute to the original production. In my opinion it goes better with the plot of the second act because this part of the show is more sad and dark. However I love the new outfit. Glinda looks so ele...

Re: Sleeping Beauty Discussion

The blue and the pink are colors that you can see when the sun goes down. Mixing them you have the purple so it would've been a great idea and a great solution for the conflict. However the blue one looks so elegant!

Re: The new Princesses being excluded from the lineup

On The Disney Princess book it says that the filmmakers decided to change the location to the Mediterranean Sea: The Disney artists moved the story from the frigid Baltic of Andersen's native Denmark to a warmer, sunnier that suggested the Mediterranean, probably off the coast of southern Italy. El...

Re: The new Princesses being excluded from the lineup

Eric's castle couldn't be in Denmark. The Mediterranean Sea is far away from this country. Denmark is surrounded by the Baltic Sea and the North Sea so Ariel should be from one of these seas. Honestly I think that the people who made this book didn't know much about geography and He/she wrote the fi...

Re: The new Princesses being excluded from the lineup

Belle, Mulan, and Merida are the only princesses whose nationalities are specified in the movie, so it makes sense that like Ariel's isn't listed here. What's odd to me is that Snow White is assigned Germany when there's nothing in the film itself that says this. I'd assumed it was Germany because ...

Re: The Tinker Bell Film Series

I think that these films didn't want to be 100% accurate with their characters design. Hook and Tink didn't look on-model either.
