I think it will be released in 2009. Honestly though, people who enjoy the film will ideally want it out by this year but Disney is be unpredictable at this point.

Why not both? :) If you had to buy one over the other first, I would get Cinderella before it goes back into the vault. Peter Pan should be available for a good while.

It was a joke! Don't be so serious! You start wierd threads, people are wierd back, and then you ask for the topic to be deleated! :? :? :? What do you mean this: I start weird threads, people are weird back, and I ask for the topic to be deleted. I'm not a regular poster here but seriously, what g...

Tarzan and Emperor didn't get the 2 disc treatment. I do want to see Hercules and Hunchback of Notre Dame released this year though (I have not seen either of those). :)

^ I got the standard version. How is the figure/steel case? I haven't seen Coyote Ragtime Show myself but a lot of people say it goes downhill after the first couple of episodes. I agree with the change for the protagonist though. Now that I look at the girl more, I think it might be Fumitsuki from ...

Argh I'm really tempted to buy some but I think I might go overboard. As far as I can tell, the ones I want are official studio art, not doujin though. Here's the Yomiko pencilboard I mentioned earlier: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v220/blurryvision/yomikopencilboard.jpg And some boards I...

It's an "ok" movie to me. The music is definitely one of it's high points but the characters didn't appeal to me much. :|

Just curious, where do you go to school? The site looks good but it's hard to tell if the items are in stock. I'm already interested in some of the One Piece boards.

I can do faces decently but clothing...I need to work on folds. I guess practice makes perfect so I should get to it. What's the address for the pencilboard site? I need to see what's out there to catch my interest. Though school is in a couple of weeks for me (I go to CSULB) so I should start savin...

lol, at one point I wanted to work for Disney (as a kid) but after their Rennaisance period started to fade, I lost interest. The work just doesn't have the same quality anymore. It's good to hear that you're pushing to make your dream as a reality though. I applaude you for that. Have you ev...

You're an animation major? That's really cool. At one point I've considered art as a major but then I looked at some of my friends struggling with many projects and the expensive art supplies. I like art but drawing is something I'd rather do as a hobby. If I'm forced to do it, I would lose interest...

I forget that word, thanks for the reminder. I think it's cool how people try to create works off of existing titles but sometimes it's just disturbing, especially with fangirls who enjoy pairing up male characters. Have you produced any doujin yourself? Got any pics? I agree with the personal style...

Yes, the animators are typical people at work. Most anime titles in Japan are usually based on a manga/game and an animation studio that expresses interest in producing it adapts it for television/movies/straight to video release. There will be one person in charge of producing character designs tha...

That's a really nice picture of Nana Oosaki (the punk one). :D If you haven't read it, Nana is about two girls with the same name (but different personalities) who become roommates in the city. The long arms and legs is something artists for girls comics like to do (not all of them do it though). I ...

That's an interesting situation. When I was in high school, we had random drug testing done on the students and faculty. The drug testing bus would appear every few months, and they would call those randomly selected into the bus. Then you had to pee in a cup. If you couldn't go, they would make yo...

I don't think it's particularly amazing to know the names but thanks for the compliment. Don't gloss over details like this because appreciating it (anime/manga) is enough in my opinion. Hmm...just a question, if it's not Yazawa's art that compels you to get the pencilboard, what is the reason? The ...

I think Chobits is one of CLAMP's strongest titles. In my opinion, it's better than their current titles, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles and xXxholic. They sure love giving Chii elaborate outfits heh. I have a manga collection myself and I have the first 4 volumes of NANA so far. Do you enjoy Ai Yazaw...
