But why is Disney Direct not doing a pre-order for the Collector's Edition?

Does anyone have an e-mail address for someon withing BVHE to get the collectors edition up for pre-sale of Disney Direct? I have been disappionted that since Lion King that the collectors sets have not been available for pre-sale. Thanks.

Sorry, should of clarified by post. Last year DisneyStore.Com offered the Gift Set as presale but are not doing so this year and I have not gotten a straight response from BVHE or DisneyStore themselves as to why....
