Technically Disney is still doing 2D...at DisneyToons Studios in Australia. Definitely not on par with the animation in feature films they use to do at Orlando and Burbank - but you can tell by their recent efforts DisneyToons is striving to reach that status.

I personally would have to say Bambi and Cinderella - since those two are the only Disney full-length animated features left to be released on dvd. That's why I'm excited they are both coming out next year. On the other hand... Working at the Disney Store - The Little Mermaid is one of the most requ...

In "Tarzan", when one of the gorillas holds Professor Porter upsidedown, a bunch of things fall out of his pockets, including a small toy of Little Brother - the dog from "Mulan". Mickey, Donald, and Goofy all appear at the beginning crowd sequence in "The Little Mermaid&quo...

Yeah it's a bummer Brother Bear doesn't have a slipcover. The other day I opened a couple boxes of Brother Bear drop shipments here at the Disney Store to get a sneak peak at the covers - and man I was shocked that they didn't have them. :( Always thought of them (just like the thick cases) as a way...

LOL - deja vu! We posted the PG list at the same time ;) Yeah, I forgot about Dinosaur...but then again I don't include that in the animated classics list. I think I read somewhere that the only reason why Home on the Range is rated PG is that " Yeah, they're real " line Maggie (Roseanne) ...

Glad everybody is looking forward to this one like me! I think Slim is going to be a very memorable villain! He has a great character design, and great voice actor (Randy Quaid). His yodeling song seems cool too! As for Disney animated features rated PG, here's the list: The Black Cauldron Atlantis:...

Home on the Range Official Site is up!

The official website for Home on the Range is now up! There are character bios, music samples, and a pic gallery! Check it out: http://disney.go.com/disneypictures/homeontherange/main.html? Man, I'm very excited for this movie! It has that old fashion kind of feel with the character designs and music.

Sounds like somebody is making this stuff up. TV Tome is awesome...but they always have phony people posting bogus stuff in the episode guides. The Stitch one could be true - but that Hamburglar stuff doesn't sound true. Check this website out it is awesome (although the episode guide for House Of M...

Yeah - these characters are featured a lot in House Of Mouse...Clarabelle, Von Drake, and Horace are regulars in the series. For the MouseWorks cartoons - Clara Cluck, Von Drake, Phantom Blot, Scrooge McDuck, and Figaro (as Minnie's pet) have made quite a few appearances. Bill Farmer provides Horace...

Unfortunately there will be no lithos with Alice in stores. There might be in the online store...I'll have to look. As for the other Masterpiece Editions...we'll have to wait and see. You can bet the Platinum Edition of Aladdin will have pre-sale lithos. And I'll check to see if TLK 1 1/2 will have ...

Brother Bear

Two paws up for Brother Bear! Sorry...had to say it  I thought it was great! My mom, dad, and my 15 year old brother enjoyed it thoroughly. I actually saw it twice...once with my family, and once with my girlfriend. I see every animated movie at least twice: the first time is to enjoy the story...

New song

There is probably a philosophy behind adding new songs and scenes...I mean, who already has the Gold Collection edition of Alice on dvd? I think their philosophy is that promoting 'an all new song' will get people to put up the money to rebuy this movie on dvd. Just a thought. I am another one of th...

Hey there everyone! Well...I've been here for a long time...I just don't really post much.
