Only way I'd be okay with that is if they use unused voice recordings and not go with AI.

But then again, I still think Toy Story 5 is clearly unnecessary (same can be said for 4).

I would prefer unused recordings, too, but eh... I don't think A.I. would bother me as long as it adds on to archive recordings rather than all the dialogue being A.I. I dunno, either way it would be good for his family, I guess.

Yea, ai has gotten so good, they could totally pull off a spot on sound alike using it and we wouldn't be able to tell. But if the family isnt cool with it, it's not gonna happen then.

I theorized that they can set the film years after the last one where the toys are reunited to search for Andy only to find out that he's old.

Nah, I don't think they'll do anything challenging like that. In fact, I doubt they'll bring back Andy at all.
